Research and report on effectiveness of the Article 4 Direction in King’s Lynn carried out on behalf of Kings Lynn & West Norfolk Borough Council.

 

21 streets with 441 properties were surveyed to assess if there were any recordable beneficial effects from imposition of the Article 4 on the conservation of the area.
